About Jamuna
Ms. Jamuna A holds an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI, RGUHS) and an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology (RGUHS). She is deeply committed to advancing mental health through psychotherapy and psychological assessments. Over the course of four years of supervised clinical training in hospital setting, she has gained extensive experience in working with adolescents and adults. Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of psychological concerns, including anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, substance use and addiction, bipolar disorder, learning difficulties, and stress-related conditions.
She brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to her practice, aiming to empower individuals in their journey toward psychological well-being. Her therapeutic work draws from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT and supportive Therapy. Jamuna believes in helping individuals understand their emotional patterns and reconnect with their strengths through gentle, structured guidance.
